  • When does the clock start?
    The clock starts when the crew arrives at your home. Any breaks will be deducted from your time at the end.
  • When does the clock stop?
    The clock will be stopped when the last piece of furniture is off of our tuck and in your home where you want it to be. It will also stop for any breaks your crew takes.
  • How do I know what I'm being Charged for?
    When your crew first arrives, they will have you sign a contract that has the time they arrived at your address and the insurance option you select. At the end of the move they will mark down the time they finished as well as a break down of any supplies that we used. You will be charged for the time and any supplies used.
  • What is in the contract?
    When hiring us, you agree to our rates and business practices and services. As well as the start and end time of your move. You also agree to the terms of the insurance option you selected. You agree to pay the price settled on at the end of your move.
  • How do I pay?
    We accept Cash, Credit/Debit card, and business checks. We do not accept personal checks. Before the crew leaves your new home we will take payment. If you are paying with a card, you will speak with an office manager who will process your card information.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
