When does billing start and end?
The clock starts when we pull up to your door. It stops when the last piece of furniture is in your new place, exactly where you want it. Any breaks the crew takes get deducted at the end — you only pay for the time we're actually working.
How does your pricing work?
We charge by the hour plus a one-time travel fee. There's a 2-hour minimum, and after that we prorate by the minute — so if we finish at 2 hours and 20 minutes, that's all you pay. No flat-rate guessing games, no weight-based surprises.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, and business checks. We don't take personal checks. Payment is collected before we leave your new place — if you're paying by card, our office manager handles it over the phone.
What does the contract cover?
When we arrive, you'll sign a contract with the start time, your chosen insurance option, and our agreed rates. At the end, we fill in the finish time and note any supplies used. That's it — no hidden line items.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're fully licensed through the Florida Dept. of Agriculture & Consumer Services (license IM3917) and registered with the FMCSA for interstate moves. You'll also pick your insurance option at the start of the job.
Do you do long-distance moves?
We handle anything within Florida with a dedicated truck for your stuff. For moves outside the state, we work with trusted partners to cover the lower 48 — and we stay involved from start to finish.
Do you pack for us?
Yes. We bring our own supplies and handle everything — packing, loading, transport, and unpacking. You don't need to source boxes or tape.
